I contributed very little to this except the shaky fence shot from my phone. Nevertheless, here is the story of yet another religious zealot from Kansas. Wichita seems to be a magnet (Roeder, “Summer of Mercy”, etc.), but Topeka has its share as well (Phelps and clan).
In this case, I’m conflicted by concern about these FBI “sting” operations and their effect on civil liberties, but aware that these crackpots cannot be allowed to harm innocent people.
